Homeowners may visit our website to browse available furniture upgrade options, select items based on their unit type, and submit orders online. At the same time, we are opening our show units for viewing for a limited period, allowing customers to better understand the layouts and furniture upgrade options in person. Show Unit Viewing Schedule Viewing Period: 21 December – 27 December Two show units will be available: One standard handover show unit One show unit featuring upgraded furniture options Our sales team will contact customers to arrange viewing appointments. Furniture Upgrade Ordering Timeline (Important) Online ordering: Now open Order submission & full payment deadline: 5 January at 24:00 ⚠️ Please note that furniture upgrades are arranged based on confirmed production schedules. Orders submitted or paid after the deadline will not be accepted. How to Place a Furniture Upgrade Order Customers may complete the furniture upgrade process online by following these steps: Visit the Furnishings page on our official website Select your room type and preferred upgrade furniture Add selected items to the shopping cart Enter the cart and fill in customer information Submit the order After successful submission, contact your sales consultant to complete full payment Once payment is confirmed, furniture production will be arranged accordingly. Important Notes All furniture upgrades are custom-made and cannot be changed or cancelled once confirmed. Upgraded furniture will be delivered together with the unit at handover. Kandoofaa Investments Pvt Ltd and Ruhgandu H&R Pvt Ltd are two distinct joint venture companies registered in the Maldives. The Kandoofaa Residence project belongs to the former, while the Kandoofaa Ecoplex project is under the latter. Both projects are filed with the Ministry of Economic Development. Although they are managed under separate corporate entities in economic documents, they share the same Chinese investors and have identical project management, construction, and sales teams. Therefore, the two projects will be presented and marketed together.

Before proceeding, please ensure that you have entered the following four valid pieces of information used during your application: Name, ID No., Unit No., and Phone. Please note that your reservation is NOT confirmed until the reservation fee has been paid and the Reservation Agreement has been signed with the assigned sales representative. Submitting the application form on the website does not guarantee a reservation. If you have not yet paid the reservation fee, please contact your designated sales consultant to complete the payment and finalize your reservation. 1. Required Documents All required application forms can be downloaded from the bank’s official website. https://www.bankofmaldives.com.mv/storage/file/193/10107/home-loan-application-form-en.pdf 2. Submit Booking Documents Customer submits the Booking Agreement and receipt (issued by the developer after reservation confirmation) to initiate the loan application. 3. Loan & Credit Review (Approx. 1 Month) The bank’s loan team reviews income, creditworthiness, and eligibility. 4. Conditional Offer Issued The bank issues a conditional offer letter and waits for the customer’s confirmation before proceeding to the next step. Customer submits the signed SPA (after confirming 20% down payment) and equity/ownership documents. 5. SPA Review & Agreement Signing (Approx. 3 Weeks) Bank reviews SPA and invites customer to sign: * Sanction Letter * Quadripartite Agreement 6. Disbursement Request Submission Customer emails the bank: * Developer-issued disbursement request letter * Construction invoice 7. Bank Disbursement Bank reviews documents and processes payment within 1–2 days. Developer issues receipt after receiving payment. 8. Progress-Based Disbursements Developer provides new invoices according to construction progress. The cycle continues until the project reaches 100% completion.
