Kandoofaa Investments Pvt Ltd and Ruhgandu H&R Pvt Ltd are two distinct joint venture companies registered in the Maldives. The Kandoofaa Residence project belongs to the former, while the Kandoofaa Ecoplex project is under the latter. Both projects are filed with the Ministry of Economic Development. Although they are managed under separate corporate entities in economic documents, they share the same Chinese investors and have identical project management, construction, and sales teams. Therefore, the two projects will be presented and marketed together.

Submit Booking Documents Customer submits the Booking Agreement and receipt (issued by the developer after reservation confirmation) to initiate the loan application. 3. Loan & Credit Review (Approx. 1 Month) The bank’s loan team reviews income, creditworthiness, and eligibility. 4. Conditional Offer Issued The bank issues a conditional offer letter and waits for the customer’s confirmation before proceeding to the next step. Customer submits the signed SPA (after confirming 20% down payment) and equity/ownership documents. 5. SPA Review & Agreement Signing (Approx. 3 Weeks) Bank reviews SPA and invites customer to sign: * Sanction Letter * Quadripartite Agreement 6. Disbursement Request Submission Customer emails the bank: * Developer-issued disbursement request letter * Construction invoice 7. Bank Disbursement Bank reviews documents and processes payment within 1–2 days. Developer issues receipt after receiving payment. 8. Progress-Based Disbursements Developer provides new invoices according to construction progress. The cycle continues until the project reaches 100% completion.

This campaign offers the loose furniture listed at the Kandoofaa Residence sample room and in the Furniture section of our official website, kandoofaamv.com. The furniture is imported from China, with a modern minimalist style, positioned in the mid-to-high price range. Only listed items are available; custom designs are not offered. Q2: Can the furniture be customized? For some items, you may choose between different surface materials (for example, fabric or leather for sofas). Please refer to the sample room and website for details. Style and material cannot be changed after ordering. 2. Booking & Timing Q4: When is the booking deadline? July 10, 2026. Customers who complete their selection and pay the deposit by this date will be included in our production and shipping schedule. Q5: Can I still purchase after the deadline? Once the booking deadline has passed, no new orders will be accepted. If you still wish to purchase, you may wait for the planned furniture mall on the 1st floor of Kandoofaa Residence to open. Q6: When can I expect delivery? Delivery to the Maldives typically takes around 80 days (including production and shipping). However, shipping is significantly affected by external factors; this timeframe is for reference only and is not guaranteed. The company will notify customers once the goods are ready to ship. 4. Pricing & Payment Q7: Do the prices include tax? Prices published on the website and at the sample room include 8% GST. Q8: How are the deposit and balance paid? Deposit — 30% Due before July 10, 2026 Amount: Listed price × 30% ÷ 1.08 Balance — 70% Due within 2 months after deposit, before installation (company will notify) Amount: Listed price × 70% ÷ 1.08 Note: Payments during this campaign are made on a tax-exclusive basis (i.e., listed price ÷ 1.08). GST will be handled separately at a later stage. Q9: Are shipping and installation free? Moving and installation fees are waived for this campaign. For the deposit and balance payments, the company will issue a receipt only. After furniture installation is complete and the company has finished the relevant sales procedures, customers will be notified to pay the GST, and a formal invoice will then be issued. Q14: When is the balance paid, and how does it relate to installation? The balance is due within 2 months after the deposit payment, before installation begins (the company will notify you). Installation will only be scheduled after the balance is paid in full. 6. Returns, Exchanges & Cancellation Q15: Can I cancel, return, or exchange after placing an order? Style / Material: No changes are allowed after ordering. Cancellation: The deposit (30%) is non-refundable; any amount paid above the deposit will be refunded. Not satisfied after delivery: The same policy applies — the deposit is non-refundable; any amount above the deposit will be refunded. 7. Warranty & After-Sales Q16: How long is the warranty? 1 year from the date of installation completion. Q17: What does the warranty cover?
