Although this is our first independent venture in the Maldives, we bring over two decades of experience in the construction industry through our founder and his team, who have been involved in the successful completion of prestigious developments such as the Financial Mansion in Shanghai, Beverly Hills in Hong Kong, and the Riviera Seaview Apartments in Singapore.

Our team has a proven track record in delivering luxury residential and commercial projects, particularly in high-end markets. We specialize in creating meticulously crafted interiors for upscale residential complexes and commercial buildings, always staying ahead of industry trends. Our in-house construction team, “CHIMA,” ensures that all of our projects meet the highest standards of quality and are completed on time.

Our flagship project in the Maldives, Kandoofaa Residence, is a thoughtfully designed residential community located in Hulhumale. This development marks the beginning of our long-term vision to provide the people of the Maldives with modern, sustainable homes. Named after the Kandoofaa mangrove, a vital part of the Maldives’ natural ecosystem, the project reflects our commitment to sustainable and responsible development in the country.

With plans for future projects, including a luxury resort on a privately owned island in southern Maldives, we aim to contribute to the growth and development of the Maldives for years to come.
