Booking Policy for Kandoofaa Residence
Account Creation: Each ID number and phone number can only be used to create one account on the Kandoofaa Investments website. Customers will receive an email notification confirming the successful creation of their account, along with their customer ID and the login information they provided during registration.
Booking Application: Each customer is allowed to apply for booking only once. In the “Apartment Preference” section, customers can select up to 2 apartments and 1 parking space or 3 apartments and no parking space within a single booking order. Note: The selections must not be duplicated.
Required Information: Customers must provide complete information and income verification documents within their booking application. Incomplete applications will not be considered finalized and will be reviewed last.
Application Submission: Once the booking application has been submitted, customers will not be able to modify the information. Therefore, please review all details and information carefully before submitting.
