Kandoofaa Investments

Booking Policy for Kandoofaa Residence

  1. Account Creation: Each ID number and phone number can only be used to create one account on the Kandoofaa Investments website. Customers will receive an email notification confirming the successful creation of their account, along with their customer ID and the login information they provided during registration.

  2. Booking Application: Each customer is allowed to apply for booking only once. In the “Apartment Preference” section, customers can select up to 2 apartments and 1 parking space or 3 apartments and no parking space within a single booking order. Note: The selections must not be duplicated.

  3. Required Information: Customers must provide complete information and income verification documents within their booking application. Incomplete applications will not be considered finalized and will be reviewed last.

  4. Application Submission: Once the booking application has been submitted, customers will not be able to modify the information. Therefore, please review all details and information carefully before submitting.

  5. Post-Submission: After submitting the application, please be patient while awaiting our response. If you need any assistance, please contact the consultant you have previously communicated with. Step 1

Select your preferred development.

Step 2

Click on “View Availability” to see all the apartments currently available for booking.

Step 3

Click on the apartments labeled as “Available” to view more details. Please note that you cannot apply for apartments labeled as “Booked” or “sold”.

When an apartment is labeled “Pending,” other customers can still continue to submit applications to book that apartment. The “Pending” status indicates that we are processing a customer’s application. If, within one month, the customer is unable to complete all the necessary procedures, we will change the apartment’s status back to “Available” and will review the applications submitted during the “Pending” period.

If the customer completes all the necessary procedures, we will change the apartment’s status to “Booked.”

Step 4

Scroll through the details to view the Floor Plan, Payment Planner and other important information.

Step 5

You can select a minimum prepayment percentage starting from 20%. The system will automatically calculate the payment plan, allowing you to see how much needs to be paid at each stage.

Click the button “Apply for Booking”  to submit your application.

Step 6

You can enter your information to first register an account.

Step 7

Once your account is registered, you will be automatically logged in. Make sure to fill in all the fields and attach all required documents to complete the application form.​

Step 8

After completing the application and uploading the necessary files, press the “Submit” button. When the submission is successful, you will receive a notification email from Kandoofaa Investments.

Note: The order will only be considered complete when all information and documents are fully provided. Incomplete orders will be reviewed last.

After successfully submitting, please be patient and wait for the notification from Kandoofaa Investments.

View Application Status

You can view the status of your application from our Portal. If you are not logged in, you can login using your email address and password.
